If you'd like to disconnect an already connect wallet address, you will need to open the MetaMask addon, click on Connected button and then click on the 3 dots menu and then click on Disconnect this account option. A step-by-step example is shown below.
Click on Connected button
Click on the 3 dots menu and then select the Disconnect this account option
